Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Payment is required prior to the lesson or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a lesson if necessary. Any paid lessons that are cancelled by us will be refunded or rescheduled at your convenience.
3. Lesson Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully and be on time for all sessions.
Slow Train Piano Lab reserves the right to terminate lessons without refund for any abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, lesson materials, and copy, is the property of Slow Train Piano Lab and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.
5. Website Use
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or harmful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe there is any misuse of the site.

Slow Train Piano Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. We provide piano instruction and support in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
